Great substitute for the Canon branded lense at half the price. It does the job, but I'd a bit on the noisy side, but it's not a deterrent. Build quality doesn't feel as sturdy as the real deal, but if your looking to fulfill your hobby, this is a great product. A 50mm is a must have in your list of essentials.

Working fine with my EF-S camera but I cannot tell if it will work with an EF Canon Mount. Received lens is not as pictured and is not marked EF anywhere on lens, box, or packaging.

Simply Magnificent. Very strong and durable. Had it's first fall today, and no scratch. I'm really happy with it for the price too.
