I'm glad I chose this lens as my first bigger telephoto lens. It is not that big but fast and managed to take nice photos with it. I can only recommend it.

Only used once due to work and weather. Seemed very sharp and the autofocus fast on Nikon Z6ii. Love the compact size as well. Ideal for hand held shots.

The Tamron 150-500mm F5-6.7 Di III VC VXD lens has the zoom power you'll want for sports and wildlife imaging, as well as a sturdy build to handle location work.
