Combined with my M10, this lens produces exceptionally sharp images from edge to edge. The build quality is very high, I like the focus tab on this lens. Using the M10 live view mode, thus far I have not purchased an external viewfinder, and think I can work with this lens in that way (time will tell).

This lens has lived up to all the previous reviews, and performs with typical Leica eye for perfection. It is massively sharp, corner to corner and everywhere in between. I have found it very easy to use on my M10, and I rarely, if ever, feel the need to use my Visoflex. I find that the image is easy to frame in the rangefinder, assuming everything I can see is going to be captured. The huge depth of focus makes focusing a walk in the park. I had hoped this would be my last Leica lens, if only for fiscal responsibility, but I do have my eye on the 135mm next. Love it!!!

I love everything about this lens. I use it primarily on a 240 and it is a perfect match. Sharp, clear, and fast enough for me. It has this amazing ability to interpret the city and it's many lights. If I'm out walking and carrying light, I inevitably regret not having it with me. Luckily, it's small and light enough to carefully toss in a pocket.

This 21mm on an M240/M10 is absolutely perfection. You won't find a better performing lens on those bodies. Mount this lens on a Leica SL and you will be disappointed. It's a slightly older lens design and the SL does not have offset microlenses so the result is slightly soft images...a major disappointment.

First time I used this 21mm was casual on a fishing trip, see photo. I like it's compact size. I like the colors it captured. I like it's field of view and ability to capture foreground. I think I will have some fun with this lens as I get better using it.
