Canon RF 100-400 f/5.6-8 IS

This is a really good lens with great reach. I have it on my R10 and the quality of photo is superb. I’ve been taking moon photos and the crater detail is sharp.

This lens for the price point is definitely higher quality than most non pro lenses. It is take sharp, lightweight and has been a handy addition to my kit!!

This lens is not pro level. It is however an excellent lens and produces some fantastic results. The Bokeh is great and on my R8 it the aperture goes very high (higher than reported on the lens). When in manual mode there is an indicator in the viewfinder that indicates that the focus point is in focus so it helps you even when not in AF. This is now my every day lens. If you are wndering if you should get it because it is stretching the budget, I would say yes yes and yes again. What an investment, wht a bargain.

It's a cheap lens, so wasn't expecting much, but this does produce some great quality images. The lens is light and easy to use. It needs good lighting because of the aperture range, but I knew that when purchasing. So far very pleased with it for the purposes I wanted it for.

Used this lens with my camera got some lovely shots. It's remarkably light the lens and when connected to the camera body it's easy to hold. The only gripe is that it didn't come with a lens hood which isn't good because you have to purchase one from somewhere else. Picking it up from a Waitrose store was helpful. All in all a good canon lens.
