THE AFTER SERVICE I HAD FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT FROM THE GIRL WHO TOOK MY CALL. HAD A DAMAGED ITEM BUT WAS MOST HELPFUL.

I bought this to replace a 10 year old K4 that had lost its power. Got an amazing deal direst from Karcher on a bank holiday special so was really pleased with the price. I also bought a T7 patio disc. Together they work fantastic. I can feel the power difference to the K4. Excellent product. I did stray from the Yellow One to a Titan, what a mistake !! Glad I was able to get a refund and come back to the Yellow side !

When i received the machine it was in preparation for working, I had to try and put it together. In doing this I realised the correct screws for attaching the wheels weren't included. Following contact with your office I decided to go to the nearest Karcher shop at Craigmore N, Ireland where I received excellent service. That's when I became aware that all the fittings were not the right ones. The quality control of machines leaving the factory is just diabolical and why the machine cannot ready for use by the customer is beyond credibility
