I have the one in this same exact packaging except it's strictly for oily skin. I use it after Philosophy's Facial Cleansing Gel and Eye Makeup Remover to get any last bit of makeup off my face but more importantly the inner corners of my eye makeup where scrubbing with the cleansing gel is pretty difficult. It's super gentle and gets every last trace of makeup off effectively without making me red or greasy. I do pat my face dry with a clean towel after applying this to speed up my skin care routine but you could wait for it to air dry if you would like.

l'oreal finally brought out micellar water, although Asia and France has been using micellar water for the longest time, its only recently catching on here in USA they brought out 3 formulas, one for oily, one for dry, and a waterproof makeup remover. i bought all 3, with multiples of the oily skin formula. o have combo skin, and in the winter right now, i use these waters as a daytime cleanser and a nighttime toner before moisturizer i think it is about $11 at my drugstore
