The sleep tracker is a little broken, but other than that this watch is genuinely perfect. I use it for my illness, not fitness, and it's a great cheap alternative to a specialised watch.

Broke after 8 months - won't turn on. Amazon customer service is appalling - despite me buying it from Amazon tyre just try to direct me to Xiaomi. Will buy from a proper shop next time.

The box looks fake and the charger does not clasp perfectly as seen in the video. Also, the screen is so small. I just got this today and I was excited because I had 2 mi bands before but lost the charger and the watch so I had to retire it. i decided to buy the 7 version since people say it’s better for swimming than the 8. However, the watchface looks smaller in LCD size, 1st red flag, then magnetic charger won’t connect perfectly. I’m wary to buy online again since I can get another fake. Wasted money as well because I already bought straps. Please do better. I know that this is not an apple watch quality and make, but my previous mi bands lasted me for all my adventures before and I don’t think this flimsy thing will last a minute This is not a Mi band from Xiaomi—false ad. This is the second that I have had. First one seemed to work very well indeed but eventually expired and didn't show the details on my daily life. This second version I wish to return because the monitoring isn't accurate when displayed. I have requested to return the item but have had no response from Amazon sending me the necessary return details. I am 93 this year and have some difficulty following your procedures.
