If you have even the slightest issue that requires AT&T to help, you are are screwed. Dial the number and you wait 30+ minutes to speak with someone who doesn’t understand and requires you to repeatedly provide the same information you’ve already input. If you get transferred to another agent, God help you. I attempted to return an extra watch I ordered for 2 weeks. I spent hours on the chat and on the phone. I visited a store. It was an absolute nightmare!

This watch is amazing. The band is next level with the infinite adjustments to size. Can't imagine going to anything else. Worth the wait.
