If you have even the slightest issue that requires AT&T to help, you are are screwed. Dial the number and you wait 30+ minutes to speak with someone who doesn’t understand and requires you to repeatedly provide the same information you’ve already input. If you get transferred to another agent, God help you. I attempted to return an extra watch I ordered for 2 weeks. I spent hours on the chat and on the phone. I visited a store. It was an absolute nightmare!

Bought for my daughter The quality is great and looks good when wearing it. The features are very good allowing her to monitor her health and weight.

It will not hook up to data plan. Delayed with notifications

This watch is amazing. The band is next level with the infinite adjustments to size. Can't imagine going to anything else. Worth the wait.
