Absolutely horrific font rendering with latest MacOS: at the native resolution it looks like it's not running at the native resolution. Fonts look severely aliased. I've tried numerous settings. It can be made somewhat more tolerable, but it looks more like an analog xVGA monitor than a digital one! I'll be returning it as defective.

From day one, cannot get web cam to not work. All answers say they can't find the camera. The reason I bought the Philips monitor is because it had a built in monitor.

I was very excited to get such a great deal on this monitor, but it doesn't work well with MacOS. I read all of the reviews on Amazon and was assured by many members that it would work with MacOS and now here I am. The only reason I got this was for the built in webcam :(

This monitor is great however the specs indicate it is compatible with a Mac OS X however I cannot get the camera to work as it requires SmartControl software that does not run on a Mac.....go figure
