Over heats and shuts down after to much use! "Not" suitable for small cafe bistros and restaurants! Really disappointed.

Very happy. Got this for my mum who's has dementia. No turntable inside and plenty of space so no risk of food jamming. The two knobs come off easily. I removed the top one for power and set it at power setting #2 and then taped over the hole so my mum couldn't reset it. I put a screw inside the timer knob so she couldn't wind it up higher than 6 minutes. Now foolproof and my mum can't cause a fire or burn food.
