Panasonic NN-GD37 - Four à micro-ondes avec grill - pose libre - 23 litres - 1000 W - inox

Went on fire after 18months and was fobbed off by customer service. Apparently microwaves go on fire all the time! And you can’t put microwave porridge in a microwave!

This went on fire whilst microwave porridge was in, it was in a microwave jug not even for 1 minute till the smoke and flames came out the side. My hand got blistered getting it out the house. I have received an email response which states “it is not unexpected for microwaves to go on fire!! Less than 18 months old. I’m disgusted. Going to trading standards.

Just bought this and the manual writing is too small to read even with my 2.5 x reading glasses. So is the writing on the machine. My eyes are tested last week and I'm fit to drive with no glasses. So to me it's not readable and I will be returning. Unless you have a readable manual. If I could find out juwxto work it it may be good But to use a microwave without proper explanation is dangerous
