The T-300 RS is truly a solid performer for any driving game. I gave it a 4 because the power cord that plugs into the base will shut the power off if it is tpuched or bumped on any way. Possible design flaw.

Well, here we go again. This is my second review. If you read my first one you're aware that the first wheel had to be replaced. The replacement wheel has lasted 3 months before experiencing the same type of problem as the first. It started with a snapping noise somewhere inside and from that moment on it would not stay centered. I had to realign it about every 10 laps and every time I turned the wheel to the left I heard the same snapping noise. If you're going to buy one of these things spend the $28 and get the protection plan because I guarantee that when yours breaks, as it definitely will, you'll only be out a bit of time during the exchange. Wheel #3 arrives in a few days. Any bets on how long this one will last?

This is my 3rd Thrustmaster T300 RS GT. The first one bought on Amazon lasted one year of rather intensive use before something broke inside, one week after the warranty expired. Naturally Thrustmaster refused to do anything about it. I bought the second one from B&H which lasted exactly 6 hours before it refused to stay properly centered. When they work the wheels are great, but the company sucks. My replacement wheel should arrive in a couple of days. B&H were extremely nice about it which is impressive given how most corporations treat their customers. Fingers crossed that this one will work well.

I like this wheel, feels great and good feedback,I use it with GT5 & sport and its awesome for the money, well worth it.

If the corner of your mounting surface isnt a perfect 90 degrees, youll have to fabricate a plate to mount it. The pedals are ok (sad given these are the upgraded version). I put a stiffer spring on the brake pedal, and could still even use more. Good value when on sale.
