Purchased online in November, set it up the other day before Christmas and it won’t charge. Game stop return policy is terrible, won’t be shopping here again

I bought a pre-owned controller and cannot take a charge or pair to my switch out of the box.

This controller makes reaching the buttons easier for the games that make use of all the buttons on the joy cons. This is especially useful for people with larger hands but is also small enough to allow small hands to reach buttons well too. The battery life is great as well. I have played approximately 12 hours and only used 1/3 battery.
