Does what it does, works with the old wii, however i'm concerned with the fact that these havent changed in 12 years and they still cost as much as they do.

Great controller except I received the US version, even though this is not mentioned anywhere in in the listing - even the picture displays the EU version. I know this isn't a problem for most people, but as a Nintendo collector these small details a pretty important. I would not have bought it if I'd known it was the US version. Also seen buyers receiving the Japanese version, seems to be a lucky dip?
