Controller didn't work. Noticed main wire was ripped and internal wires were exposed. Very disappointed.

This is a really nice controller, my son absolutely loves it. It doesn't come with a rechargeable battery, but you can plug it into the xbox usb and recharge easily. My son really likes that it is different than your standard black controller, and the price is absolutely right. Thank you!
