It’s great but we find the portafilter is VERY stiff to lock into the group head. I hope it will get easier over time

Fabulous machine, it is so easy to use, I’m a total novice and you can’t go wrong with this. I absolutely love it!! Also it is very fast, I was surprised by how quick it was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic machine. I've long been a user of the very same machine in our IT office. IT guys NEED coffee and generally intravenously! This replaced my really garbage old ******** machine. Honestly it was properly awful. Weak and sour coffee spewing forth. Not with this one. The coffee is awesome. Once you get it dialed in, you won't be disappointed.
