Failed after 7 months. Breville has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. DO NOT BUY. The Breville Express Impress I purchased has a clear assembly defect at the burr grinder, causing the Dose (grinder) sensor to malfunction, under filling requiring multiple tampings then overfilling, wasting grounds. The resulting extraction is bitter because the tamp is excessive. It's been three weeks of Breville ignoring warrenty claim. The repair shop says the replacement part is on backorder and a sensor failure requires unit replacement but they can't get to it because if their current workload. Just don't buy the unit. More of these failures will begin happening. It's likely they're using parts from the Express for the Express Impress and failures will begin from incorrect parts.

So far... so amazing. Milk frother auto mode makes great textured milk. Coffee comes out well. pucks are dry and knock out beautifully. Great machine.

Love this machine, it makes excellent coffee, much better than the machine it replaced. Unfortunately I missed out on the free coffee as I must have forgotten to tick a box.

A good machine for the price. Delivers hot coffee consistently. A good decision to go for the plus model, as the cheaper one is very basic and not recommended.

Makes lovely coffee, though it took us some time to get it working as well as we know it can. Once we got the grind right then the rest fell into place.
