Jura ENA 4 Full Metropolitan Black (EB)

I had a problem with the water tank , couldn't pull out, the water tank is stuck. I check on internet it's not common, its just incident. Harts of Stur asked me to send it back , I did it , waiting for money . Still want to buy Jura coffe machine by Harts of Stur, but different model .

Simple, no frills, like frothy milk, just straight black coffee from beans (variable volume and strength) or pre-ground (variable volume but advised fixed amount/strength). Simple controls and easily refillable, side-located water reservoir. Clear warnings when used-coffee bin requires emptying. Still new to me, so I cannot yet comment on reliability; I’m sure it will be up to Jura’s standard, proved by my first Ena 5, which lasted 15 years hard use.

. . . and that is because I have not been able to dial in my cup of coffee yet. My Ena 3 was ailing after 11 years, so I bought the Ena 4. It makes a great espresso, but my morning starts with 16 ounces of strong coffee. My E-3 ground at least twice what my E-4 is programmed to grind and I can find no way to increase the ground amount. The cakes are tiny compared to what I'm used to, so I'm not getting the flavor I want. I hope I'm just dumb and have missed a simple adjustment, but I have not found that it exists. I called customer service this morning and have not heard from them as of 8 hours later.
