After having a pod coffee machine, this is on another level. We just need to find the perfect coffee beans, but it’s great trying different ones.

So much better than I hoped for. Easy to use and so many tasty options.

The only problem we have experienced was registering the machine from the QR code. Eventually after mulitple attempts it accepted our country of residence.

Very easy to clean, it has several automatic self cleaning functions. Easily detachable milk brother, so milk can quickly be stored in the fridge.

I just love this machine - I used to drink just black coffee but now my drinking world has expanded. There is so much choice and great options to determine what ‘strength’ you want with the machine. The reminders to clean and empty are great - it is all so easy. Grinding beans is not too noisy, the dual hopper is a good idea. I have the cold milk options as there was an offer to receive it free after purchase - I do like it but a pity it does not just come with the machine which isn’t cheap! I toyed with buying a machine where I would have to tamper etc but I am so glad that I opted for the Rivelia - a few simple touches and you get a great coffee. Make sure you have good beans and store them properly though. I am a very happy customer.
