This machine is so very easy to use makes a great cup of coffee too so glad I got rid of my other one bought this one.I can stagger down in the morning and a few light touches on the buttons and by magic I have a nice cup of coffee

I didn't find the instructions very easy to follow , but thankful for google & online videos. However within 10 days encountered issues where the machine would grind the coffee and then dump it in the bin. Have since returned it to John Lewis, who were excellent with the aftersales & now have new machine, different make & much simpler!!

It seemed decent and had great reviews. The set up was simple and we'd got on ok with it but were querying the temperature of the water from machine. It's just not hot enough even on the hot setting. We're having to boil the kettle to add boiled water to the coffee. Seems an odd thing to have to do so am waiting on Delonghi to arrange a repair as JL won't do anything since it's past 30 days.

We used to make coffee using either an aeropress or stovetop pot, but finally wanted to splash out on a coffee machine. This one felt like a good price and had excellent reviews so we chose it, and I'm very glad we did. Being able to make a good coffee by just pressing a button has been a revelation! I like being able to choose the strength and generally go for the middle setting as the strongest is probably too strong for me. We make sure we use decent quality beans which makes a huge difference - so I would recommend investing in good beans. Cleaning and descaling has been fine so far - we've had to descale it twice in about 4 months and it takes a bit of time but the instructions are simple enough. All in all, big recommend if you need a coffee machine!
