YUCK! Returning this today. It comes with 2 kinds of pod handle and pod pieces. The ones without the rubber dont insert properly so you need to use the ones with a rubber ring. It makes the coffee taste awful & I dont know if its toxic? The handle for the coffee pod has a plastic base that might also contribute to the bad taste. Doesnt come with a milk frother jug so you need to have one of those.

This is a good base for the home user. As-is, it does produce good espresso and decently foams milk to make good milk-based beverages. However, if you do want to upgrade you can do so by throwing in a bottomless portafilter, dialing in through a better grind, maybe a thermometer for the milk jar. The provided portafilter is a restrictive one, so you will end up with quite a bit of water in it after brewing. So a tip here would be to grind a bit more coarser that you would think for an espresso.

This machine is fabulous for a basic machine! Easy to use and makes a great coffee! Also great for smaller kitchens due to it’s compact size

The only instructions with the machine are baffling cartoons. However, even when you've decoded these the uselss thing just refuses to make coffee or generate steam. All I can make it do is create hot water. I have a kettle costing $20 that does that much more effectively. Truly, this is a horrible piece of kit. I'm massively disappointed. I just wanted simple espresso without the Nespresso landfill guilt or the 4-digit price tag. Sadly I must choose one of those, or revert to tea. Tea it is
