I’ve used it so many times now. On a proper gas hob, not induction. Helps keep my coffee pots safe from burning and coffee still tastes well brewed. Just gently use a brillo pad to clean any smoke marks

When I bought an induction hob I thought I would have to buy new coffee pots. No need. The product works like a dream with my old pots.

Nicely engineered and we'll made, with one exception: the edge of the disc near the handle has a slightly downward bent -- just enough to scratch my glass-top induction range if I slide it without lifting. Not ideal. Transfers heat well, and easy to store, though.
