Description said 3 month of meta horizon+ free, but I only received 1 month. Amazon customer service directed me to the manufacturer and the manufacturer has zero customer service.

I used this every day for a month when I first bought it.Original headband is not great, aftermarket is a must if more than one person is using the headset or if you use the headset more than 10 minutes at a time.Battery can last a long time or as little depending on what you do.Gets quite humid after an hour.Easy to set up and maneuver the menus.Able to connect to pc either wirelessly or wired, depending on use case.Great headset for the price, but you will quickly find a ton of aftermarket accessories to make it truly usable.

4 star because the goggle adjuster to fit for glasses wearers doesn’t work. I’ve read that this is not a great part of the goggles and I don’t wear glasses so not a deal breaker for me. I have let friends wear it that use glasses and they have issues. Maybe go new if you wear glasses. Otherwise these are awesome and work well. I bought these for use with ACE shooting simulator and it’s great. I have no problems with the interface. The stock head strap is comfortable but I did get a BOBOVR for more comfort and the battery and head strap fan which is a huge plus. Games on Meta are not on par with PS5 or Xbox, but the ones I have tried are fun. Like I said, I bought it for ACE so I haven’t played other games much. Using YouTube is cool as well as other streaming services.

The Meta Quest 3 is the VR headset to have; it is perfect for VR gaming on the PC with a racing rig or just playing Arizona Sunshine in the living room. The battery life on any VR headset is terrible, but buy a new strap with a battery included to give it a bit more go time.
