LEGO Titanic (10294, Creator Expert, difficiles à trouver)

I have dreamt about getting this for so long and finally got it and feel like all my dreams came true. From the excitement of studying the box through to organising the bags and starting the build has been better than what I dreamt it to be. Can't wait to finish the build and display it.

Huge build. Fun building in three sections. Not too much repetition and even then, instructions varied the same sections. Got a little bored with the portholes but loved the little benches and the engines working the propellers. My instruction book part 3 repeated a few pages which was briefly confusing. I have just enough space (on top of my Hogwarts Express display case) to showcase this work of art.

After waiting years to buy this, got it delivered and amazed at the size. 2 days into building, Box 1/3, bag 2 ive got missing proprietary pieces. Inventory says 4x, found 1. Confirmed shipping eta 11-14 days. Slight disappointment for the high cost

When I got this set, I knew it would be cool, but honestly the size and detail still blows me away. The build was repetitive and, towards the end, boring. But the end result is insane. There is detail packed into every corner. I also love the stands it sits on, and when I first ordered it, I expected to take them off immediately and just let it sit on the table. Also, every 15-20 pages, there is a fun fact about the real titanic. If you have a cat, know that they will definitely try to destroy it.

With 17 seconds extra to beat the Guinness World Record to build to titanic, on the final step with the rope pieces, one of them was the wrong size. Instead of having 13 smaller sized rope/string pieces, I was given 14 and only had 3 long pieces instead of 4. Due to that I tried connecting them but ended spending 22 seconds on that before realizing they wouldn’t reach and were the wrong size. 5 seconds past the world record because LEGO gave me the wrong sized piece.
