I bought this for my 14 year old cousin. His mother says he was busy for two days straight building it. The sound of cheering when he opened it, and the fact that he wouldn’t put it down during the party was enough for me.

Given as a gift and I was told that it was shrink wrapped but under the shrink wrap it was in standard original packaging.

If you are a fan of the series this is a set worth building. Target has this set in stock, and it is so clever. I really enjoyed putting this together and displaying it on my table, the set is a really good approximation of the apartment where Leonard and Penny live now. (In the series) It has all the primary cast members in minifig form, adorable and very cool!
