LEGO UCS Fan & Father to son who builds w/me. Love the abundant unique shapes & pieces of this faithful reproduction SW ship. Detailed that movie film speed can never let us appreciate, and thank LEGO researchers to do the marathon work to reproduce this impressive model. We also have the UCS Slave 1 and B-Wing Starfighter, and can’t wait to get our hands on the new Millennium Falcon—when it becomes available again. I’ll get it at LEGO store this time because it’s like being in heaven—and better $ than overpriced Ebay.

Our son wasn't born when the prequels came out and was too young to watch the Clone Wars cartoon when it premiered; by the time he got into Star Wars, none of the kits were available or affordable- this is a good alternative, and the kits take up much less room on the shelf.

I got this set back when it was still in stores, thank god I did the price has almost tripled! If you can afford it and are really wanting a good vehicle for your army this is it! Probably my favorite rendition of the gunship so far, Its huge. Real huge, and the minifigures are great! Bit of a bitpick but I wish the hatches would close all the way (not a deal breaker by any means) and I wish it came with 2 pilots to be more accurate to the actualt craft. Great set though. And good selection of minifigures!

We all know that the Star Wars prequels are bad but episode 2-3 for some people thinks it is good and I like the mini figures so it is good with me.
