LEGO Monster Jam Dragon (42149, Technic)

Bought this for a 10 year old boy birthday gift, and he loved it! Especially the pull-back feature. My son has another monster truck from this series, and they played together for ages and had so much fun!

I bought two of these LEGO® Technic Monster Jam™ Dragon™ for each of my two grandson’s birthdays who are turning six and seven. Both had requested LEGO so I knew that I had to check out Amazon knowing they would have a large selection to choose from. Their birthdays are still a few more weeks away but I know they will both absolutely love their gifts. The quality of LEGO is fantastic and seems to last forever and shopping at Amazon is really easy and I can normally grab a bargain or two which is what I did with these two items. This is a great model for the price, I was expecting it to be smaller. It is one of the more robust leg sets we have had. My 5 year old loves playing with it and it is still in one piece (so far!).

Is it value for money? I guess it is as I bought it and it's not the first Lego I have bought, but it isn't cheap. However the enjoyment and education in the building and later the playing more than makes up for it. Robust ? That is probably an understatement.

My son loves lego and this is another one for his collection. Defo recommended
