I liked the idea that you can produce more than one model from this set where some Lego kits have only one set of instructions for the enclosed kit.

Wow this is big. Each 'room' has a fitting where they can be rearranged. This applies to all 3 sets which can be built. Only issues are that the sets are a little floppy can cause issues when being moved and there are definitely not enough minifigs for the set. Also the tram in one of the configurations doesnt fit minifigs that well.

So small and overpriced! it was ok except the fact that alllego sets are wayyyy to pverpriced. they are just plastic! 1

Bought with 31105, this set is well appointed and full of clever little extras within each building that you don't expect. I put it together in about 2 hours and my daughter loves how it looks next to the other set. I don't know if we'll build the designs but as for the main one, it looks great.
