The color palate was a great choice and I enjoyed how they used an different facade on a small part of the building. The chandelier was amazing and I have never scene anything like it in a Lego set since I started when I was 7.

All in all this was a pretty good set. Good building techniques and lots of unexpected pieces.

Great set, with opening vault doors that have to be twisted, the ability to put gold bars, coins, and other money through a WASHING MASHING and “money launder” and other really cool things, like breaking in the roof! Great for stop-motion making, and really nice chandelier too!

This set is fantastic. The detail is amazing and the finished product looks spectacular. Nothing in the build was too repetitive and was a lot of fun throughout. I have no idea how long the build took, 14 hours total is a complete guess. Did a little here, little there as my small kids allowed me (if I could have just sat down and built all the way through I probably would have, it was enjoyable). If I had to pick one small thing I dont like, Its the cutesy story of money laundering and the play functions (the dropping in from the roof into the bank vault) I could personally do without, but I understand the designers like to tell a story as well. And this minor gripe, and I mean minor, doesn't take anything away from the final product. Thanks Lego would sure love to see more of these detailed models, maybe more than 1 a year????
