Lovely Lego piece which my son enjoyed building and playing with

My 8 year old son loves it. Never a missing piece (too many normally) and this is probably my 10th Lego set.

This was bought as an Amazon Warehouse Deal. It said the box was damaged and, boy, that was true. It also said the contents were as new and that was also true; all 12 of the bags inside, including the ones with instructions, were unopened and undamaged. There was a substantial discount to compensate for the damaged outer box and I am very satisfied with my purchase. These Lego City buildings are very detailed and provide hours of construction fun. The building process is divided among five instruction books and eleven bags of components, so it consists of fairly easy stages. The age range is shown as 6-12, but with a little help my 5 year old grandson can follow the clear instructions and manages to concentrate for hours at a time. Once built the model becomes a part of the Lego City skyline and joins the hospital and police station to enable endless adventures.

The package came in Lego box and left at my door for my son to find. It was a Christmas present. Usually my pkg. comes in a box that doesnt idetify what it is. Also the box was slightly dented and opened in one corner. Little dissatisfied.
