I bought this set for some fun to do. In the end I wound up falling in love with it. The simplistic yet modern feel to the look and the small details are amazing. It took a good two days to put together (each one takes about a good 2-3 hrs to do). Though The only thing I wish is that you could access the floors without having to take off each level. Otherwise it is a fun addition to anyone's LEGO city or even just as a nice display for the LEGO lovers. (Pictures to be added later)

The kit is a 5 star, but I bought it used. Big mistake! The seller sent it almost 1/2 assembled with pieces missing. The rest were in chunks that took me a couple of hours to disassemble. With pieces fallen off of the assembled parts they must be disassembled also. It's almost impossible to see what's missing if you don't start from the ground up. I am missing 2 misc pieces already. The misc are easy to see. Who knows if all the other pieces are there. One missing piece can make a big difference with Legos. I will never buy another used Lego.

The box was opened and damaged. So far it looks like all of the pieces are there but we have not finished assembling it.
