I love lego, Just turned 50 and I suffer from depression, anxiety and PTSD. About 10 years back the wife bought a lego kit for my birthday I think {sort of a joke} Unfortunately for our bank balance I've been addicted since. I build/dismantle everyday & promise you it's done my for my ptsd than any medication can.
