The product I wanted was out of stock in my local store so I decided to try the online service. It's really easy to use and the communication is excellent and on top of that the item I wanted was delivered to the store the following day.

I would definitely recommend Superdrug I compared prices with other Stores on the app , the item is was looking for was £5 cheaper and I was able to see if the store had it in stock for click and collect . I had an e mail and text notification within 5 minutes of submitting my order to advise it would be ready for collection in 30 minutes , most impressive. The collection process was very efficient and smooth. The member of staff was very cheerful and helpful.
