Pentax 8x, 21 mm

I found it really tiny size, although I bought this for my small kid. quality is ok, brightness and image is average. nothing fancy. but for general purpose, this can be very handy, and I can stored in my pocket whenever I am out. no complaint at this price. keep and usable.

I purchased these for easy to carry use here in Alaska. I own a pair of $1000 plus German binoculars that are 8.5 power. I put these little Pentax against them reading small lettering on shipping containers several hundred feet away. The Pentax were almost able to resolve the same detail as the much more expensive German binoculars. Of course the Pentax arent fog or water proof where the more expensive binoculars are pretty much indestructible, but still, pretty impressive stuff.

Great little lightweight binocs. Good Pentax quality. Light.

The image clarity is very impressive. I got it on sale. Since others complained about the eyepiece falling out, I was extremely careful with it in use. I didnt have the same problem for now. Hope it will hold up. These binoculars are truly small in size. The only thing that would make this binoculars better is if there was a belt loop for the case.
