I purchased the binoculars as a surprise gift for my husband while I am travelling in Europe. He opened them on 12 April and from the outset they appeared misty and steamed up. He read all the instructions and followed them but to no avail, they are still misty. This is most disappointing. Please could someone contact me to arrange a return and replacement product
