It's difficult to tell from the pictures but these binoculars are comically big compared to regular binoculars and should really be used with a tripod. It is possible to hold them hand held but not for long before your arms will start to tire and your image becomes shakier and shakier. The zoom is not as powerful as expected but still impressive and they feel extremely well made considering the price. Comes with a travel case and more convenient than a telescope. Very happy with my order
