The Celestron SkyMaster 25x100 binocular offers big-binocular performance at a great price! Huge 100mm multi-coated lenses let in lots of light, and 25x magnification provides high resolution views of both astronomical and terrestrial targets.

Prepared for the weight I selected a suitable tripod which allows me tireless viewing. The construction is quite robust but must be handled with care as all precision instruments. Before buying be sure this is a size you can handle safely, sometimes it is easier to just move nearer to get a better view. With these that problem no longer arises this is a time when bigger is better.

Great bins however the recommended 'buy these together' which recommends tripod and bracket, do not buy. The bracket is not required and the light duty tripod is a complete waste of time for these heavy binoculars and you run the risk of them falling off the clip on mount. Research a good heavy duty tripod mount, I ended up spending £110 on something more fit for purpose which the bins deserve to get the best out of the pairing.

well, i read the reviews and ignored the ones about terrible collimation...i have the celestron 15X70 and 20 x80 pros and they are excellent...so i figured the larger ones would measure up, but not...not only was the collimation off, but the 25X100s look like dinosaurs compared with the much more nicely designed smaller ones...and the focusing is much more awkward because you have to focus each eye seperately...Im sending them back and sticking with the others...and B&H customer service is great...would have given them a 0 star rating but the lowest you can give is a 1

Only problem was that when adjusting for distance between eyes, the sheer weight of the binoculars two bodies I was unable to keep them at the distance as nothing seemed to lock them in place. Solved the problem by wedging them apart.
