Bushnell Marine 7 x 50 avec Boussole

Great marine binoculars. The eye relief is nice. Very thick hand grips allows for a more steady feel when on the water. The clarity is great when on the water and it seems to cut the glare from the water sun reflection. The housing is rugged and has a good grip feel for anti slip. The binoculars were out of the box perfect condition and easy to use and adjust.

I bought these just before vacation because I knew I'd be hiking up mountains with views of the ocean and going on at least one sightseeing boat trip on Mount Desert Island, Maine.

Bushnell 7x50 Marine Binocular (Blue). They are Fogproof and waterproof. I did not try them for floating. Comfortable grip, durable construction. Weight as expected. I don't have any uncomfortable feelings when holding. Good field of view and rich depth of field. Individual focus works good for my eyes. I focused each eyepiece to my vision once, then keeps images sharp from 20-30 meters to infinity. These features help to see clearly objects that are near and those that are far. No more adjustments and chasing focus on moving objects. Provide very clear and bright, sharply contoured images with natural color. The focus is perfect at the center and on the edges of lenses. I did not notice any distortion. I really like this binoculars in the low light and at night. I feel I made a good choice.

Well made sturdy, larger than I expected but the model I received is not the one that was advertised. It stated it had a DIGITAL COMPASS this DOES NOT it is analogue . Its seems because there are various models of the Marine Binocular the descriptions have got mixed up. The optics are brilliant and I am satisfied with the purchase but it would be nice to have had the model with the Tilt feature.

Separate focussing for each eye lid v annoying and totally unnecessary. Good optics but I suggest you buy bins that you can focus with one hand not two. - if two hands are needed to focus you can't hold the blasted things. Buy another brand I suggest.
