Just Dance 2024 Edition Code in a box Nintendo Switch

This is easily the worst piece of gaming software I’ve ever purchased. The game continually closes due to an error. I’ve tried every troubleshooting tip online. I actually have good internet and have no issue with any online games (Fortnite, Jackbox, etc). This has been a tremendous waste of $60+. Of course there is no way to return a download code. Save your kids some major disappointment: DO NOT BUY THIS GAME

None of the dances load and GameStop won't help or accept returns. How is this not a class action law suit ready to happen?.
