Cris Tales offre une expérience JRPG visuellement époustouflante avec des mécaniques uniques de manipulation du temps permettant aux joueurs de voir simultanément le passé, le présent et le futur. Les acheteurs apprécieront les personnages charmants, l'histoire captivante d'une famille trouvée et la façon satisfaisante dont les quêtes secondaires impactent visiblement l'avenir de chaque ville. Cependant, le jeu est freiné par des problèmes notables : le combat semble répétitif et n'exploite pas pleinement son potentiel créatif, les joueurs Switch font face à des temps de chargement frustrants, et la mécanique de timing obligatoire peut s'avérer inaccessible pour certains joueurs. La courbe de difficulté est inégale avec des pics de boss soudains, et la fin semble anticlimatique après 30-40 heures de jeu. Malgré ces défauts, les fans de RPG au tour par tour qui valorisent l'atmosphère et la narration plutôt que la perfection mécanique trouveront une aventure agréable de 30-40 heures, bien qu'elle reste en deçà des classiques modernes comme Bravely Default.

Not a big fan of RPGs as i don’t really like just sitting clicking stuff, but this one hooked me. Honestly, was great. Not done with it, but for 10 bucks on all platforms (Xbox one, Xbox Series X, Ps4 PS5, switch, switch lite and the oled. Didn’t mention either digital consoles cause you of course can’t get the physical games on a digital console.) Not much to say besides it’s great! The time mechanics are great, gameplay is actually somewhat fun, Good story, and just overall good! Not a full review, but watch IGNs review on it, they get it right. Cya!

The shipping was quick. The game itself, well, the mechanics are not very good but the art is really pretty. Too many loading screens and the game doesn’t fully tell you how to use certain skills that are vital to you (For example, it didn’t teach me how to scan enemies for weaknesses and had to figure it out myself). Overall, it’s one of those games to pass the time.

The game has it all, magic, time travel, and many NPCs to interact with. You do not get overwhelmed with new characters and challenges early on. The new characters and challenges come at appropriate intervals, challenging enough to keep you interested but not too much to make you give up early.

I love JRPGs and ARPGs. The voice acting was jarring at times as well. Where this game thrives is the hand drawn artwork and the puzzle and the play with time. Although simplistic, a great idea and the makers have so much to be proud of. This is a game that so many ideas can be birthed from and should-I hope-be built upon in the future in other games. If you love old school JRPGs then this is an amazing homage and you’ll likely enjoy it.
