Yakuza Like A Dragon propose une histoire profonde et émouvante avec des personnages uniques et une approche RPG innovante. Le jeu offre de nombreuses activités et mini-jeux pour plus de plaisir. Cependant, la version PS5 exploite peu le nouveau matériel, l'amélioration graphique est limitée et les sauvegardes ne sont pas transférables. Il y a aussi des problèmes de rythme et du grind en fin de jeu. Recommandé pour les fans du genre et de la série, mais ceux qui cherchent une vraie expérience next-gen peuvent être déçus.

Cubed3 Rating Yakuza: Like a Dragon is the most invigorating, wholesome and downright fun entry in the series since Yakuza 0 . The turn-based combat, while slightly rough around the edges, manages to impress. The new protagonist Ichiban is a delightful addition to the lore. The only reason Yakuza fans won't adore Like a Dragon is if they despise turn-based combat but even then, it's well worth giving a shot for the beautifully written story and fresh take on the Yakuza formula. Ichiban Kasuga is the hero this world needs right now.

Yakuza: Like A Dragon PS4 Review – It’s fair to say that Yakuza is bigger now than it has ever been. What once was a cult franchise is now set to launch alongside a next-generation console (the Xbox Series S/X) and come to another on (the PS5) in March, offering up its experience as a next-gen showcase and hoping that it will encourage you to make the decision to drop a bunch of money on a new console. While it is only on PS4 for now, I have to say that Yakuza: Like A Dragon is my first Yakuza game and it is a great jumping in point for new players, offering a gripping and multi-faceted story, an incredibly likeable new protagonist (Ichiban Kasuga), and ample things to do, with only a few stumbles and hitches along the way. It is the definition of a quality JRPG and a great introduction for the genre on the ninth generation of consoles.

Yakuza : Like a Dragon est le premier jeu de la série principale (hors spin off comme Judgment ou encore les Black Panther sur PSP donc) avec un héros autre que le charismatique Kazuma Kiryû . Si vous ne connaissez pas la licence ce n'est pas vraiment un souci, mais pour ceux qui avaient pris l'habitude de vivre l'aventure avec lui dans les rues de Kamurocho , difficile de ne pas avoir un a-priori à l'encontre du nouveau venu qu'est Ichiban Kasuga et sa coupe de cheveux en pétard. Reste que la plus grosse interrogation est certainement le système de combat balayant d'un revers de main (dans la gueu**) celui qui nous était si familier pour passer au tour par tour en mode RPG. Bref, il y a de quoi parler avec ce jeu, et si je vous spoile l'ensemble du test en vous disant qu'il est absolument génial, ma tâche à présent, est de vous expliquer pourquoi.
