Yakuza 6 propose une histoire captivante et émouvante, un système de combat amélioré et un monde ouvert authentique. Les nombreuses activités annexes et mini-jeux ajoutent du plaisir. Cependant, la fréquence d’images est limitée à 30fps avec quelques ralentissements, il y a moins d’activités annexes que dans les précédents opus, et l’histoire peut parfois sembler lente. Seul Kiryu est jouable, ce qui peut décevoir certains fans. Au final, c’est une belle conclusion à l’histoire de Kiryu, mais il faut tenir compte de quelques limites techniques et de contenu.

The attention to detail in the last instalment of The dragon of dojima is stunning. While it may at first seem like perhaps subdued compared to the other entry’s it’s story telling and locations are both at the top of the list. The locations while being modest in terms of exploration are more than enough to revisit long after finishing the main story. Having been to kabukicho multiple times and many small towns around japan it’s a no brainer to say that this is virtual tourism at its finest, right down to the random npcs (excluding the large amounts of people looking to knock you out) A must have if you’re both a fan of beat em ups, great drama, good music, food, drink and everything japanese. Play the other instalments first to get the full effect. 0 is a perfect starting point for everyone

I have to say first that dialogue is only in Japanese with occassional Chinese. You will be reading lots of english subtitles. This is my only complaint. But its not necessarilly a bad thing. The voice acting is good. This game reminds me a lot of Shenmue which I loved! Actually this game could be a new story in the Shenmue universe. It is story driven. Lots of twists. At times the gang fights do feel repetitive but the way the fights are integrated with the story it keeps it fresh at times. The mini games are cool very much like Shenmue. Ive put in about 20 hrs and currently on Chapter 11. I recommend this game!
