Dark Souls II est réputé pour sa difficulté élevée et ses combats gratifiants, ce qui plaît aux joueurs en quête de défi. Le jeu propose un univers sombre et mystérieux rempli de secrets, ainsi qu’une grande variété d’ennemis et de boss. La personnalisation du personnage est très poussée, permettant de nombreux styles de jeu. Cependant, certains systèmes sont difficiles à appréhender et l’équilibre ainsi que la durabilité des armes ne sont pas toujours optimaux. L’histoire et les PNJ sont souvent jugés moins captivants que dans d’autres opus, et certaines zones manquent de profondeur visuelle. Globalement, il est recommandé aux fans de RPG d’action exigeants, mais moins à ceux qui recherchent une aventure accessible ou narrative.

Ignore nit picky critical reviews as those folks aren't designing the games that take months or years to make. If you loved the first Dark Souls game like I did, then this game is x10000 with enhancements on everything! Buy the game and immerse yourself in it!! I don't believe in being a critic as some folks will love the games they play and others will dislike everything about a perfectly great game. Sensory assault: A wide range of threats will prey on human senses & phobias - auditory hallucinations, vertigo, acrophobia, etc. (that's a great gaming experience because it immerses you). Dark souls franchise is a hard core gaming winner. I love old school RPG's... Happy gaming!

Preordered and bought it back in 05/2014 for my husband for $59.99 plus tax. He was thrilled about this game and would play for hours.
