Great game play kinda slow at first but has a great storyline

S'il ne réussit pas tout ce qu'il entreprend, The Sinking City reste un jeu qui ne manque pas de caractère. Certes, nous aurions aimé une enquête plus libre que celle qu'on nous avait promise, des combats nettement mieux maîtrisés ou une technique plus solide. Il en reste cependant un titre bien ficelé, intéressant, qui parvient à laisser au moins l'illusion de l'autonomie pour l'enquêteur que vous serez, et qui sait s'auréoler d'une atmosphère pesante et d'une écriture soignée laissant la place à des choix qui comptent. Une bonne surprise.

Although I believe this game could play on a Pre-gen system .. if you can get past the “clunky’ness” .. the lack of exploration (unless you’re looking for a specific address, nothing matters) should allow you to search more buildings/rooms, but doesn’t .. and the constant back and forth/loading screens ... the game itself has a good story, and is quite challenging! But .. again .. it feels like it could run on a system from yester’year, which takes a lot away from what it “could have been” overall. Final Verdict ... for the Cheap price tag of .. if you want a good, mind bending, challenge/story .. it’s worth the money.

It's a good game with a great storyline, but there's not much in way of explaining how to actually play the game.
