I bought this copy of bf5 used & opted for same day delivery from GameStop. The game was delivered only a few hours after transaction but the copy i received was faulty. It wouldnt let the game download past 33%, so i went into a GameStop location & they kindly allowed me to exchange the faulty copy for one that works 100% fine. Im only taking off the one star because of the minor inconvenience but other than that, it was a pleasant transaction!
