The printer is very well built and feels like it is made of quality materials. It is very quick and holds a lot of paper. The toners are large in capacity lasting a long time. We are very happy with the printer

The printer is amazing it just keeps going job after job after job without fuss

From unboxing the printer the first thing that stood out was the crystal clear touchscreen. Having been used to a tiny black and white display on our outgoing printer the screen makes a huge difference to overall printer experience. Tasks become so much simpler and quicker and it s a really good display too sharp and very responsive. The rest of the printer is very well built and so far it isn t turning out to be a brilliant purchase long may it continue

Our business bought this Xerox to replace our old printer which disappointingly did not last a year before giving too many problems. The supplier of that printer didn't want to help which led us to Printerland and this Xerox printer. Straight away we noticed how fast every element of the printer is compared to our old printer and because of this we can get through so much more work in the same time. Copies are really simple just a couple of presses on the screen and the printer does the rest. Very impressed so far

My favourite thing about the Xerox B405 is the scanner and the Print and Scan App that accompanies it. If like me you need a very good printer but also need a scanner to match then buy this Xerox printer. The scanner has so many customisable options I still haven't tried them all. One thing I absolutely love and in my opinion should be on every scanner is the auto straighten feature. Its very difficult to get any printer to scan a document perfectly straight but with this printer it automatically straightens anything it scans and it looks so much more professional. It's the little things that add up to big things in my opinion.
