Lexmark CS431dw

GREAT printer and a definite upgrade for us as it is paired to our wireless network. Pairing it was a little difficult as their Lexmark App is not very user friendly. I have an older 5+ year old Lenovo laptop so your experience may be different. Mine was not "plug and play. I ended up calling the Lexmark customer service number and got a very helpful gentleman. He emailed me the links I needed to instal the firmware and drivers necessary for my older laptop to sync the printer. Basically took about 30 minutes but he was very patient and walked me through each step. Once installed and synced, zero issues. Prints jobs seamlessly every time, even two-sided jobs! Very cool. No more printer cable needed as now all our home's computers and smartphones can print from every room of the house via our wifi network. Very pleased and well worth the aggravation of the set up.
