Kyocera Ecosys P5021cdw/KL3

From day one, I have had many issues, beginning with setup and through the whole process of printing. I print in black and white 99% of the time, and have had to replace the Cyan toner 3 times. Toners are expensive. As of today, 12/5/2020 it will NOT TURN ON...WILL NOT POWER UP. DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER...

This is not your typical Laser Printer - open omg the shipping carton and looking at the way Kyrocera packed this printer about floored me ! It probably could take a trip to the moon and back! I’ve owned HP commercial office laser printers and and a Konica Laser copier and this is built every bit as well as those work horses - very sturdy and nice looking . Once you get it ready to turn on ( easy yo follow guides ) it’s great that you can print in monochrome and not use any color of you want - I installed this to WiFi router by net cable but it has other inputs -sweet ! It will AirPrint to my IPad and IPhone no problem - something I really like ! Kyocera has support online for this printer and THE BEST TECH HELP EVER !!!! I called to get WiFi going and had two different techs willing to help - and they were speaking English! I am very happy with this printer ! Print quality is what you would expect -great text and half tones in mono haven’t tried color yet

Printer is great, we've had it for couple of months now and it works wonderfully. It can be a little on the loud side when it prints but that does not bother us in one bit. Sleek and functional.

I bought it for real estate practice, like printing contract and presentations. I had a black and white laser Kyocera for a long time and loved it, because it yields thousands of pages and I didn't need to change the toner for years. Decided to replace it with a colorful one with the same brand, and it's a wrong decision. After 250 pages / 1 month, the toner were empty. Called the seller, and was told it was a test toner and I needed to get a real size. Bought a toner from the manufacturer, and after about 250 pages and 1 month later, the toner was empty again. Can't return it any more after tried, and went back to a HP and left this printer in the corner, coz I am tired buying a toner every a month and half. Also it took a long time to start to print, and when you want to save the toner by using less of the quality, you can barely read what you just printed. The only thing I like about it is that it turns the paper automatically when you print on both sides.

I’ve struggled before to keep a wifi printer connected reliably. Set up was easy, using the disk that came with it. Prints to expected quality. Rather bulky for a home office (but I don’t mind).
