First impressions are good. More options than I'm likely to need. I like the economy.

Bought this printer 6 months ago and in that time have had to have a tech out 3 x to try and get it online. And then it goes offline again and same process. Cost me $390 in tech call out fees, until I've finally taken it back and will now get another brand. Apart from that, the print was good quality, the scanner was good etc. and that tanks of ink last forever! Design fault in the design of the tray for printed copies - they end up all over the floor, which I saw several people had mentioned. No instructions or labels on any of the buttons which makes it really hard to sort the other functions like copying. Overall would NOT recommend.

Très déçue de mon achat pour les raisons majeures suivantes : 1) pas de panneau de configuration et impossible de trouver une documentation claire pour paramétrer le wifi 2) les boutons du panneau de contrôle sont gris foncés impression noire. autant dire qu'ils sont illisibles contrairement à la photo en ligne de l'appareil que j'avais sélectionné. J'ai des problèmes de vue donc je tâtonne pour trouver le bouton adéquate à mon action

Imprimante au top, facilement réparable même après un très gros bourrage de papier qu'une de mes cliente a créé avec du papier en très mauvais état, merci hp pour avoir prévu cela
